We love the convenience and safety of Rover, but we find their service fee to be exceedingly high. Therefore, we don't use the site as much as we want to.

Caregiver for my dog matched the 5 star rating received on Rover was a positive and she was excellent! It was my first time using the system so a chance to do a meet and greet first with a caregiver would have helped before actually booking , the caregiver took that upon herself to set something up so that helped tremendously when deciding on a caregiver for that reason I took a star off

Rover has so many walkers we never have an issue finding someone great nearby. The sitters/walkers are well vetted and we also assess their responsibility via other people’s ratings. We love getting little reports and pictures of our fur ball when we’re away!
