Disappointing 1st and last sitter
Our issue wasn’t with Rover. It was with the sitter. We have invisible fences and our 2 dogs don’t breach the line. The sitter knew that she had to carry the dogs across the fence line to go for daily walks. I also let her know we had 360 cameras outside of our house. Daily, while we in the cruise, we watched her drag the dogs across the fence line. No, they didn’t have their fence collars on, but we saw them distressed the first 2 times. Also, in 8 days she took for 3 walks and 1 walk was only 7 minutes. She didn’t follow a lot of our requests-treats every morning once they go out to pee. They enjoy this, and she deprived them of a small joy. To give a label of being a slob, would be unprofessional, so I won’t do that. Under good conditions, I wouldn’t have cared about the volume of broken item, but it just added to the disappointment of the care of our babies. I will never be comfortable leaving my pups with strangers.
