Navigating the ROVER app is confusing. But I like my ROVER people. Update: After submitting my review, ROVER emailed me back and provided a Support # to call when I run into difficulties. So I will upgrade from 3 stars to 4 stars.

rover app needs lots of enhancements. app is very basic

I have used Rover several times and I have usually gotten nice and professional dog walkers. I find their site a little hard to use and some things only the dog walker is able to do and/or change. That can be annoying.

I was very satisfied with the Dog Sitter that I chose. She was excellent. But the app, not so much. it was confusing to navigate. Also very difficult to readjust dates and times.

Rover has been an excellent way to find affordable dog-walking services. My only complaint is that the app is not always intuitive. There's no "schedule" that I can click on to see all of my upcoming bookings in one place. I have to click on Inbox and scroll through the conversation with each dog-walker, then create my own calendar offline to get them all straight. Also, if I offer a booking and then change my mind, I cannot just delete it, even 5 seconds later. If I want to add 30 minutes to a walk request, I cannot see upfront how much more than 30 minutes will cost. There are many simple things Rover could do to make the app easier to use.

Being able to hire the same sitter a second time. Logging in for a second hire was kinda a pain though

I was very pleased very very pleased with Robert the Pet Sitter. We used the most recently. He went above and beyond to make sure my pets and my home were safe and well kept. I have used Rover before, but I have never been as happy with my service as I was with Robert
