I find your website difficult to navigate. Looked for sitters today, it kept bringing up two I used in the past; (one has moved and one I won't use again). Spent lots of time trying to bring up new sitters in my area, ugh! Also brings up a sitter I used in past who is not presently available and hasn't been for over a year.

I love Rover. I used their service when I lived in Wisconsin and again when I moved to Arizona. It has always been a good experience. I always had well qualified dog sitters and have recommended Rover to my friends often.

Tired of your relentless spam mail Sitter was great

I had to learn your system step by step. You should explain the process UPFRONT. ie each party given temp phone numbers. Also I had a hard time contacting anyone at rover. Normally, all is done by email, but I was on hold for 30 min, hung up, called back an hour later and again on hold 30 min before someone would talk to me about my credit card. Your system doesn`t provide a secondary attempt to put the card through after the bank gets an approval from the user. I understand the safety and protecting portions, but your entire system could be much more user friendly.

Too hard to navigate the website is confusing

I’m not a fan of the Rover business model. This is not a criticism of the the walkers/sitters that you can contract with this is a criticism of Rover itself. If you have a billing question that your walker can’t answer/resolve the is no 1-800-Rover to call just the stupid online help resource. You’re better off finding someone on your own.

Rover is incredible place serves for pets to be taken care of. However, rover takes 20% of the sitters profit. This is not fair at all while sitters are doing all of the leg work to ensure safety.

My 2 dogs who were pure white when I drop them off were returned a dingy dirty goldish Brown as if they laid in urine the whole duration of the stay.The beds and blankets which I brought for them were not utilized and one of my dogs had an injury to his head which was unexplained even when asked. The sitter was unavailable for pickup at the time arranged leaving us standing outside waiting 15 minutes. We were asked to wait outside as she brought the dogs out to which I was appalled at their appearance and their smell.
