Lucia made the experience great!

I had no fear that my cats would not be taken care of. It is the absolute reliability that allows me to leave home and trust that my pets will be cared for.

The person who came to check on my cats, was professional, personable and took notes to ensure that everything they needed to know was written down. I really appreciated that. The cats were well taken care of and should I need a check in again I will definitely call on Rover.

I liked that my sitter had been vetted which gave me confidence, sort of like an AirBnB. We had good communication and I was glad the system had a structure.

This is my first experience using Rover. I have a much longer trip coming up which I was very nervous about using Rover for. But I had such a great first experience it has helped to ease my concerns about the next trip. My sitter was absolutely wonderful!!

Multiple options to pick from. Shenice was great! Will definitely hire again! Thank you for this service.

Very easy to find a qualified sitter, love the meet and greet before committing and love that the sitters share pictures and feedback during our dogs visits.

The rover app was incredibly easy to use and the fees were not bad at all. I will definitely be rebooking my sitter again through the app
