The search features are convenient and…
The search features are convenient and I appreciate the IM feature. I do find the booking fees and 20% sitter fees to be very high.

It was nice to have a site to go to but I don't like that you have the ability to see all messages sent between the sitter and the customer.
It was nice to have a site to go to, to find pet caregivers. However, I don't like that you can view all messages sent between the sitter and the customer.

Good sitters and good wages
I was very happy with my cat sitter. She was professional and took very good care of my cat. It was easy to book with Rover. The prices are very reasonable compared to other pet sitters. I will definitely work with them again. I removed one star because since I was traveling internationally I was blocked from accessing my account with Rover.

My pet sitter did a great job
My pet sitter did a great job. I did not understand that to set up my pet sitter job I needed to prepay. I did not understand understand that part of the app.

Great tool, but.....
The down situation I dislike: Rover suggest to contact more sitters, but the mocked phone number is only one same-one for all sitters, and confusion will get in the middle of your 'getting-alternate-sitters' :-/ Rover is a great tool to meet sitters that had already been backgrounded, which adds peace of mind to the process.

It's convenient
It's convenient, though I wish it would list available sitters in order closest to furthest. It also needs to better keep my settings when I go back to refine a search.

I was able to make arrangements within a week. The host was good and I was happy Bowie enjoyed his stay .
