This was my first time on Rover
This was my first time on Rover I was wondering what the extra 17.50 was on top of the dog walkers charge it was a surprise to me. Also way too many emails

Convenient but app could be better
Rover is convenient to find someone in my area to watch Levi. I just wish I could interview sitters before setting up an appointment. And I want to be able to keep sitters in a favorites tab so I can request them later if I didn’t use them yet. I do love Levi’s sitters and have used them several times.

We appreciate your review, Sonia! We do recommend scheduling a meet & greet with your sitter before you confirm your booking. This ensures that the care provider is the right fit for your pet. If you would like to "favorite" a sitter, you can do so on the web version of our platform. My dog sitter was great but your system is not easy to change and your communication contact system is not good

Impuestos muy altos
Lo principal es que pone impuestos muy altos por no hacer prácticamente nada, todo corre por cuenta del cuidador, y luego también demora mucho en efectuar el pago!

I had one poor experience and one good one
I had one poor experience, where I paid someone to live at my house and instead they barely came around at all and left the house covered in cat litter with a festering garbage after a month. However, my second go with Rover was excellent. The person was reliable and clearly actually cared that my cat was happy and taken care of.

If you have two dogs, your charged double
The app is very easy to use and to schedule someone to come and feed at let my dogs out. The only thing I was disappointed about was I was charged double for having two dogs. I can understand being charged more, but it’s all done on the same trip and both dogs are just let out at the same time to run in our yard. The only extra work was filling one extra Food bowl. I think the extra charge should be based on time and they should take Into account that when you’re working with two dogs, the travel and overall time is the same so it should not be double the price.
