Smooth and quick.
Pretty easy to find available sitters. Price ranges were good. Ease of use on the app. Assortment of services for folks with dogs or cats.

The fees are excessive.

Easy to find a wonderful sitter!
It was very easy to go on the site and to find sitters that were available for the time that I needed somebody. My sitter was absolutely fabulous and my dog cried when she left for 20 minutes.

Decent experience with app and good sitter but app needs work
I managed to find a good sitter but it took some doing. You can’t save profiles for future reference. Some of the sitters put untrue information on their profiles like experience administration of insulin injections in dogs - something that can be life or death for a dog. It is nice to see schedules and to communicate and pay through the app. The sitter could send updates and photos to me. There needs to be more transparency about processing fees that increase the cost of posted sitter fees. But I could add a review and tip. I will use the app again in the future.

Excellent sitter
Excellent sitter. Surprised at how few of responses. Thought it a bit pricey. But probably will use again.

Easy and convenient
Rover made it really easy to find sitters! The only reason it gets four stars is you can't really put in any unusual directions or lump directions for all your animals together. All my cats have exactly the same directions, so having a box just to put in "repeat directions for all animals" would be really nice.

We were able to find a terrific…
We were able to find a terrific caregiver. Our first selection cancelled and we found another who was quite wonderful.
