Happy Dog, Happy Owner
I was happy with the quality of pet care. My dogs are very attached to us so how they respond to the pet sitter is key to whether I will use them as determined by the introduction visit. They were well cared for I had. It used Rover before so it was unclear whether I could ask them to do other things like easy housework - sweep and/or vacuum floors to get rid of dog hair. The only thing I had asked for was to put garbage out and get our mail. This should be more clear when hiring a pet sitter. It isn’t much fun to come home to a dirty house.

My dog's caretaker was very…
My dog's caretaker was very responsible, very honest, and very reliable. I trusted her completely. And I was glad to know that she was background checked before giving full access to my home and my dog. The rate I paid for 1 hour of service, however, was outrageous. It was nearly $50 for 1 hour. I would hesitate to use rover.com again as it is simply way too expensive, unsustainable for seniors or the middle class.

Alena was great with Our puppy Kiko when she did the drop in I'd give 5 stars except I find the app - and communicating through it - cumbersome

Barbara was great
Barbara was great! She was able to catch on quickly to a complex feeding routine, and was able to work with a couple of changes that needed to be made for a scared cat. The only downside, is the cost for multiple animals.
