Alexandra did an excellent job and she deserves 5 stars. My only know on Rover,com is that I found the platform (website) less intuitive than I would have liked.

Good app, they charge the sitter too high a fee
Good app to use- was bummed to find out they take a 20% fee from the sitter. That’s waaay too much.

Foot surgery keeping me from walking and Rover has helped!
I am recovering from foot so unable to walk my dog. Family helps but not for any long period of time. So grateful for the two walkers I found on Rover when recommended by my friend Lisa who is a caretaker for Rover. Scheduling has been my only issue with the platform, and not so easy to fix without the walkers assisting. Paying is easy and I love the reports on how things went after. The pictures are a cute addition. (I have called and used the messaging support available 24/7, and for some reason there was no “modify” option for one instance. They had to reset the whole reoccurring. So I now do “one-time” bookings weekly.)

Good selection of sitters
Good selection of sitters with past reviews made it easy to find the best match. Easy to communicate with sitter through the website Disappointed that the application didn’t allow to schedule 2 visits in one day - had to make two separate bookings
