Min Kone og jeg fandt en hunde passer inde på, da vi skulle på en weekend i Sverige sammen. Vedkommende det passede vores hund mistede ham, og nægtede at være behjælpelig ved at finde ham. Vi fandt ham heldigvis selv. Rover var ikke til at komme i kontakt med, og nu står vi og har betalt 800 kr for en pasning hvor passeren mistede vores hund. Samtidig missede vi så vores fly og hotel i Sverige. Alt i alt omkring 8000 kr vi mistede på dette. Hunde passeren vi brugte hedder Ole og bor i Kjellerup området. Jeg fraråder på det største at bruge ham!!!

My experience with Rover. I hired a lady for my pets for a 5 day vacation. The sitter made comments that suggested she wasn't staying at my house. So I asked her for pics when she came and went to show when she was there. She quit on the spot and I was half a country away. Here's where it gets bad tho. Rover would not help me find a new sitter for 2 days until I finally found one on my own. They said my pet's info was not up to date for them. They just booked 2 different sitters for trips I have recently booked with that info tho. Now I cant leave a review for this sitter because the sitting wasn't completed. They are protecting the sitter that abandoned my pets.

It is very cumbersome to use a million text messages when people aren’t even available for dates specified.

Disgusted to see a sitter on the site who looked after our dog 4 years ago. My dog was attacked by another dog they were looking after. It was only for a at but it had not been reported to me at all until I picked him up. The sitter then made false accusations saying my dog was jumping up all day and misbehaving etc etc. total lies! Now I’ve just seen them back on rover, they’ve moved address but I’m absolutely shocked after I submitted my report with the pictures of the attack on my dog.

We found a pet sitter we realy wanted to book for an upcoming holiday so set up an account but it was not possible to complete because we never received a verification code to complete the account set up on either of the numbers we provided (and its not our phone settings or providers fault, we use text verification on numerous accounts with no problem) we tried the 'get help' but it was no help at all so we emailed Rover support and received an automated reply saying 'we will be in touch shortly' and that is now 7 days ago with no response. The sitter we wanted to use looks great but I will not ever use or recommend this company as there is no customer service, what happens if you do manage to book a sitter and there is a problem!!!

Service client absolument déplorable et inexistant. Une PET SITTER soi-disant vedette annule sans explication, ce qui est déjà inadmissible, mais en plus, aucun remboursement n'est effectué et il est impossible d'obtenir une réponse de qui que ce soit sur rover.com. FUYEZ CETTE ENTREPRISE… FUYEZ LEURS PET SITTERS … À NE PAS LUI FAIRE CONFIANCE.

I had a sitter that was scamming me for months and I didn’t realize it until a few months later and rover refused to help me and basically told me to kick rocks. Useless company that doesn’t provide any protections -Brittney if you’re seeing this, that’s the first thing I did. They were the ones that were no help
