Using Rover has been pretty easy. I found a pet sitter quick. She was great. No issues.

This Thanksgiving was my first experience with Rover. I appreciated the way that the arrangement worked in a very routine way, guided by the interface with the app. It was easy to understand how to communicate with potential sitters, and how to set up the deal.

Fortunately a sitter we have used in the past was available. This was for a holiday, which can be very hard to find someone. Rover made it easier to find someone available.

I found a great sitter thru Rover. I give Rover 4 stars because I left feedback and continued to be hounded to leave feedback. They wouldn't quit until I left a tip. When I finally left a tip, there was no opportunity to leave more feedback. I didn't appreciate the deceptive, agressive mesaging.

User friendly , comfortable prices

Rover.com is great for finding boarding for our dog. The site can be a little confusing to navigate.

It was good not great. Sitter was intimidated by my Lab. She has two dogs same size. My neighbor helped her. I won’t use her again. I suggest if no emergency , she spend more time with new dog client

Rover was recommended to us by a friend when we were searching for a last minute car boarder. It was absolutely perfect for us - easy to find a boarder, compare location and rates, and chat with them to make sure. While to options for kitties are a little less that the ones for dogs, it was still very helpful and valuable.
