Efficient and timely.
Communication was efficient and timely. All worked out well and my experience with the caregiver was great! I do find the website a bit difficult to navigate but I have always felt that way. It could just be me.

So important to do meet and greets
I’ve been very lucky with the two sitters I found on rover. However, meet and greets are a must so you find the perfect match for you pets

Good experience
Rover connected me with some great sitters near me. The website is not very good for communicating. I did receive help from Rover when I was having difficulty returning messages to my sitter. Overall, a great experience.

I've used Rover.com several times
I've used Rover.com several times. For each request, there were multiple sitters potentially available. All the sitters carried out the assignment reliably. I now have several sitters that I can call on again as needed. My only concern is that the scheduling software seems awkward for me.

The experience was 5 star except for…
The experience was 5 star except for submitting her review and tip. The tip did not process, and Rover said there was no means to go back in and correct that.

I adored Marby who watched my puppy for…
I adored Marby who watched my puppy for a week. It was very easy to locate the right person for our needs. Marby was fantastic. I was only unhappy with the extra fee Rover charged at the END of our booking.
