The sitter Karrisa was great but your app was a little confusing.

The fact is, after several services from Rover, that their care takers are professional. This does not mean a college degree or certificate on the wall, it means they have people that enjoy the care of handling animals...cats, dogs, whatever. That's what makes the Rover's "product" the best.

Great idea to serve pet owners and pet lovers alike. Their website has a bit of a learning curve, so as a first time user, I’m still discovering new features. I’ve been fortunate that my first sitter is able to walk my dogs on a repeating schedule.

Rover helped me find a sitter and took care of all the reservation details.

Identified excellent sitters through the app, but feel that the app itself could be significantly approved.

I am been successful finding quality sitters on Rover for my cats. The app is clearly oriented more towards dogs though. My main difficulty with the app is how difficult it is to see my total cost when searching for sitters; I have to manually check each sitter's prices for cats, additional cats and 60 minutes and add up the number. It would be a vast improvement if I could easily see my total price for each sitter upfront. But overall I've been satisfied my experience (at least in the Austin area)

They accepted the job with very little notice. They were very nice and sent pictures of my pup to me throughout the day.

We were able to find several dog sitters, in their home or in ours, that we feel will take good care of our dogs. The first sitter we used worked out very well. It would be nice if there was a feature where we could just search for sitters that meet our criteria and schedule meet and greets without putting in dates. We travel a lot and need to have several sitters that we know we can trust. Because some that looked like a good match were not available for the dates I put in we never got to meet with them. I feel like they are losing potential clients for our future trips and we are missing out on what might be great sitters.
