My sitter lost my dog
My sitter lost my dog. Rover supposedly put my dog out on websites (but who knows which ones), and contacted me every other day for updates. But that’s pretty much it. Sure, they offer to pay $100 for a reward to the person who finds my dog, and offers money to other local sitters if they assist in the search. After a month, they drop of the face of the planet (and originally told me they don’t stop efforts until she is found). You think maybe they would offer you as the owner some financial support, to print flyers and your search efforts (I.e. gas). But nope. And after the month, they are just like see ya later, we are done, good luck in the future. Such poor customer service in the trust and safety department. So disappointed.
