Taken care of
Katie and her family took very good care of my puppy, Trixie. She was worn out but that was good as she is very energetic. Being able to communicate via Rover was ok but I would have liked being able to contact our sitter using her number. I recently booked Trixie with a different sitter for a future date and my text didn't get sent. Thats annoying!

This is the 2nd time that I have use…
This is the 2nd time that I have use Rover.com to find a dog sitter while I was traveling for my 13 year old yellow Labrador Scout. I am pleased that they check out the sitter’s that are on their website. Both times the sitters sent me updates and pictures of my dog while in their care. I would definitely recommend River.com

Our sitter was very well organized and treated our dog as if she were her own. She kept in contact with, sending photos to show us how she was doing.

Gave me the piece of mind I need
Im so glad I ended up using rover. It gave me a piece of mind that I needed while I was away on vacation. I recieved all the updates ans more. Very happy and will use rover again

Very well just a communication issue…
Very well just a communication issue with how long I was using them only needed one week and they had me down for a year but the person I spoke with was very nice and helpful and resolve my issue I would greatly appreciate recommend them to pet owners
