Overall a good site.
The way to select providers is good and easy to use. It is more difficult to make changes as far as time and date when plans change. It would be nice to be able to have a sitter commit and then fine tune arrangements up to one week before planned stay. I have been pleased with the quality of the sitters.

Liked all the pet sitters
Liked all the pet sitters. Don't like paying Rover fee after using sitter 3 or 4 times. Should get discount.

Solid choice for pet-sitting
Overall, I think this is a good system for pet sitting that has solid safety and accountability measures. The reliability and communicativeness of each individual sitter varies, but I have had good luck most of the time. It isn't cheap though. I have used this several times and would use it again in the future.
