Emmeline chose to be petty about a chemotherapy friend trying to stop by to pick up a package I had for her at my house. She commutes from Whidbey Island, Wa for her chemo treatments, and was trying to pick up this package timely, while at Providence Hospital in Everett, WA. I am sorry if I "disrespected" her rules for giving away her phone number, but Leslie only wanted to know when best to pick up! Emmeline claimed "unprofessional"??, and I feel, a completely misdirected complaint. Otherwise, Emmeline was an amazing sitter for my ultra needy Junie...Just no room for unnecessary and petty complaints of this sort....

It was very easy to review sitters and communicate with them. Once we made our reservation, however, I found it challenging to navigate the website and find information about it. This is why my rating is not five stars.

Loved the care my dog got the walks and fun.

It took a few tries to get a sitter, but did find a quality one for my pup.

My Sitter was very responsive and accomodating. They kept me up to date with my pet's wellbeing.

It's a really great service. We've found really wonderful dog sitters through them. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because their app and website can be difficult to use.

Brittany did everything required plus a little extra, left home as I left it and most importantly, took great care of my cat.
