Rover made it super easy to solve a difficult problem: who was going to walk my dog in the afternoon while I recovered from foot surgery?? Rover was easy to use, easy to communicate with potential walkers, easy to book, easy change bookings. It was pretty intuitive and seemed to be a great way for the care givers to communicate with potential clients. I would definitely use it again.

They made it very easy and affordable to find a sitter in a short amount of time. I also had some issues with redeeming a credit, and after reaching out to their customer service, they were able to honor that and redeem the credit which I was very thankful for.
