Easy to sign up and find someone to cat sit. Excellent service from our sitter and it was very convenient for her. We will use Rover.com again!

First time using Rover for drop in visits for our cat. The first person we contacted was a scammer using Rover as a front. She had no reviews but she made her profile look nice so i contacted her. She immediately asked me to text her outside of the app. It was my first time so I did , she offered to do it for a fraction of the cost and then she ghosted us. STAY ON THE APP. We chose the next person last minute and she was great. She followed all instructions and the app let us know when she clocked in and out and she was able to text us back and forth but with a rover number so we didnt use our own numbers. She sent a report card after each visit with photos and a summary of our cat. Overall we would use Rover again because we dont have family that lives close enough to come daily or twice daily which is what we did and we dont know our neighbors. But STAY in the app. If you get bad vibes report them. Its not a risk you can take with your pet or your home.

We had the best experience with “Rover” and “Emily B”. Emily was very quick to respond, ease our worries by communicating frequently and helpful by sending reassuring messages and pictures. We will definitely use Rover/Emily B in the near future.

Requests for boarding services were quickly responded to..yes or no...the provider chosen communicated promptly..and well...the boarding care was excellent, the provider friendly, caring, and professional... A really good experience..for all...

We were able to find boarding in someone’s home that was a perfect match for our frenchie.

It’s so convenient and the people doing the in home visits are excellent. I get a notice when the visit begins and another when it ends. They always leave pictures of the visit in the app. They follow the feeding instructions. I just love this service as I like to travel.
