Left hanging
I had made arrangements with a sitter named Callie who said she would be available during the Christmas holiday December 22nd through December 29th This was back in May or June we had talked back and forth through text well we made arrangements where I could pay her with a check when she came to take care of my dogs at the house. I contacted her in November she was supposed to come over and do a meet and greet every Wednesday until we were ready to leave for vacation. I received no response from my taxes in November so I'm thinking it was a hoax that this person did not exist as a true dog sitter. I truly believe I got scammed from this website thank God no money was disbursed through this website. Needless to say I had to take my dogs with me to Florida in a no pet-friendly rental. The only thing that saved me was that both of my dogs are service dogs esa's. We contacted the owner but did not receive a response since she was out of the country and I believe since it was the Christmas holidays they were not too concerned about it. So thank God everything worked out but I just wanted to let Rover know I will never use your service again. I found a local pet resort and we'll be using them for all future settings. This girl named Kaleigh is a fraud. You need to locate her buy her City I only have her first name. How dare you do this online and make somebody feel like they're all set up to go. So clients heed my warning these people are not reliable in any sense of the word
