I have been a rover walker for years but this was the 1st time i became a customer and I was soo impressed and happy with my sitters they were so patient and kind.

What made the experience great was rovers set up to let you know when the sitter arrived, the sitters feedback and all the pictures the sitter took of my cat playing. Then they tell you when the sitter leaves. This is an unbelievable company. In my area my cat sitter Jessica made the experience for me. She responded quickly to any questions and my cat loved her.

I’ve used Rover for dog care for 4 years and each experience was great. I like the way the app is designed and feel it works well for both owners and caregivers.

The sitter was quick in replying so I could make arrangements and plan my trip. I felt comfortable when i arrived and get my Luna would be in good care. She sent me a couple of pictures throughout the visit. That was nice. It was a good experience. I would use this sitter again if I’m ever in that area.

It was so great having a place to go to find qualified, trustworthy people willing to check in on our pups. I'm really impressed and will be using Rover again!

good platform in general

Emily, our Rover dog-care provider was clearly an experienced dog-lover and dog-person. She sent us texts and pictures almost daily while she had Cosmo, reporting about what he's been doing. We felt very comfortable leaving him in her care and will do so again.

My first time using rover and was very happy with the service . My dog had the best place to stay and well taken care of.
