I liked Rover because of the choices I was able to make in who I wanted to watch my dog. That person was able to communicate with me immediately. We set up an initial visit and even a second visit prior to the actual date of stay. The only thing I did not care for was paying up front for the time I needed. I would have preferred to pay afterward. The person who did come did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier! I will use Rover again!

After years of planning my life around my dog’s schedule, I finally asked myself, “Why am I trying to do all of this alone?” Downloading Rover has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The app is incredibly easy to use, from finding the right sitter or walker to booking and communicating. The caregivers I’ve worked with have been professional, kind, and genuinely caring. One of my favorite features is receiving photos and updates during walks. It gives me so much peace of mind seeing my dog happy and well cared for. The biggest surprise has been the freedom it’s given me. I can meet friends for dinner without rushing home, make plans without stressing over pet care, and even travel knowing my dog is in great hands. Instead of worrying about logistics, I can actually enjoy my time away. If you’ve been hesitant to trust someone else with your pet, I completely understand because I was too. Rover has been a game changer for me. It’s a well-designed app backed by wonderful people who clearly love animals. I only wish I had started using it years ago. Highly recommend!
