The first person I contacted about watching my cat wasn’t good about responding to my texts. After waiting a few days for an answer I chose another sitter on the site. He was excellent! He took great care of my kitty, sending several texts and a photo. I will definitely use him again when I go away in a couple of months.

Rover.com pet sitting is very convenient and it gives you the choice to choose a sitter that you feel comfortable leaving your fur baby in care of.

Your website does not always work when trying to login. I’ve spent a lot of time resetting passwords and having to call the Help Desk. Frustrating; otherwise the sitters are fine. Thank you.

I like the site, but feel the way it's laid out it takes a bit of a learning curve. I don't find it to be intuitive enough since I can't navigate it easily and I'm learning through trial and error.
