I had a great experience using Rover.com! A little background: for several years I used to manage a luxury cat boarding facility and know that many cats don't do well in boarding no matter how fancy it is. So recently, when I needed to go away for a weekend, I brought my cat with me. It was a 7-hour drive each way and a night in a hotel. While she behaved well, the experience was so stressful for her that she stopped eating and required vet care. A couple of weeks later, when I needed to go away again, I got on Rover.com. I found a pet sitter nearby with great references who could stop in twice a day to take care of my girl. Cheyenne, the sitter, was even better than I expected! She understood my cat's needs and took the time to understand her personality. At first I was anxious, but Cheyenne sent regular updates and would reply quickly to every text I sent. When I returned, my cat was happy & healthy and it was obvious that Cheyenne had followed all my instructions. I could not be happier! If you travel, I strongly recommend using Rover rather than boarding your pet. It's affordable and much less stressful to allow them to stay at home where they feel safe and comfortable.

It was my first time using Rover, and it was a wonderful and seamless experience. Carissa met my dog ahead of time because my dog requires an introduction. My dog can be grumpy, and Carissa was able to immediately make friends with her. Carissa even walked her every day. I will be using Rover again.

Patrycia was amazing, plenty of updates, Bear and Ruby were settled and happy, Patrycia kept to their daily routine. The house was tidy and clean

Viviane ha cuidado de mi Lady Coco de forma excelente. Era la primera vez que mi perrita dormía fuera de casa y, gracias a ella, tanto Coco como yo estuvimos muy tranquilas. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de ella, cuidándola con muchísimo cariño y profesionalidad, y también de mí, enviándome fotos y mensajes para mantenerme informada y darme tranquilidad. Se nota que ama a los animales y que los cuida como si fueran suyos. La recomiendo al 100 %. Sin duda, volveré a confiar en ella.

Blake was very kind to Smoke and he was ready for another walk with him. 🐾🐾Smoke came back home after his walk and pass out snorting. 💤💤

Ashlee suggested a meet and greet a couple of weeks prior, which was a great idea after first having made contact. She revealed herself comfortable and able to clam our pup during that short time as well. Our dog seemed rested. And while ready to come home, seemed to have had a great time. Ashlee ID’d her readiness to run and play and was understanding with our a-little-delayed response time. We couldn’t be more pleased. With Ashlee’s care of our young dog last weekend.
