I used Rover to seek an overnight caregiver for my dog. My search was easy and straightforward, as was my selection of a caregiver. I had an extremely positive experience with the caregiver I selected. I also liked the fact that by booking through Rover there is insurance, that covers both parities. That put me at ease, especially when having my dog stay with someone outside of family / close friends for the first time. I will use this service again and have already recommended it to others. My only complaint is that the app does not have as much versatility as the full website and there are parts of the app that are not user friendly. An upgrade would be a plus.

We have used Rover once with very good results. Communications with the sitter to set up the stay was easy. Also we liked the communications during the stay. There were pictures posted and send by text. We liked that. We love our dog, Pepper is an Aussie, and really feel good about the initial use of Rover, so much so we are using a second time.

Rover.com - Dog Walking & Dog Boarding has been more reliable than another online dog-sitting site that I've used before. Unlike DogVacay, Rover's sitters are actually available when I'm asking and we have yet to have a problem with any of them. Great sitters, easy to use app, I couldn't be happier. I only wish that they listed hours for doggie daycare as I work strange hours when I would like to drop my dog off.

We've found three different dog sitters through Rover and couldn't be happier with our choices. And talk about choices! So many dog sitters in our area it was hard to choose who would be best for our pooch. Thanks Rover!

Rover is great for an occasion need and connecting with local sitters. The only draw back is the limit of consistent sitter availability, its easy for all your favorite sitters to become booked and then you need to find continually new sitters. I'd love to be able to find a few I could regularly bring my dog to.

Rover is a great dog sitting alternative to traditional boarding, and is also a great place to find a dog walker willing to do just occasional walks. While I do think it would be great if Rover would more thoroughly vet the sitters, it has provided with a great way to connect to dog sitters and dog walkers.

Found Rover.com before Thanksgiving when the local doggie day care and kennel I use was full and I was late booking. Rover.com worked out great. Last minute arrangements for my dog and worked out great with Cori.

Rover has been a very helpful website. It's easy to use and very clear. It's hard to have to leave your pet with a stranger but this website makes it so much more personal and easier than leaving your pet at a kennel. It can be a little difficult to find availability at the last minute but it you plan ahead it's easier.
