We found a great sitter for our dog for an extended weekend trip. The only problems that I had at all with Rover were with being able to extend the beginning of the trip. Customer service was however very quick and efficient with getting the problem fixed and everything worked out very well.

Rover has a great sitters who are caring and take the time to understand your pet, and the pics are great.

We hired a dog-sitter through Rover.com for the first time recently. The were many people offering services through the service. It was a bit confusing to figure out which ones were willing to stay overnight at our home as we desired. And some people who offered their service on-line including overnight stays were not interested after we contacted them. So it takes some effort to narrow down the choices. But we are very happy with the quality person whom we ultimately hired.

We have used rover a couple of times now and it have been a great experience. We have taken our babies to a rover home and we have had Maddie stay in our house. Both times are pet were well carried for.

One of the things that I admire most about another site similar to yours is that once you have booked the sitter, all of their info automatically populates. Unlike with yours, once a sitter has been booked, all of their info i.e. address and phone number automatically populates. With your site, after booking, I then have to turn around and request the info from the sitter.
