Very nice and understanding

We went through Rover.com to care for our 7 month old pup while we were on a 15 day cruise. We met with the prospective care takers first and their own dogs. Then we had them take care of our pup for a day so she had experience with them and recognize that we would return. We received pictures everyday of our dog while she was in their care. She looked very well taken care of . When we picked her up she had been bathed. I would highly recommend this service. Of course, due your due diligence and read all the information that is given to you regarding the owners care directions. Some owners don't kennel dogs and others will. So ask lot's of questions and be sure they are willing to take the age of your dog.

Easy to set up your profile and start looking for a match. Not every person you request will accept your request, which is why they encourage you to contact a few providers. There's no obligation until both sides agree to work together. The user ratings are very relevant and help choosing the right provider near you.

Our experience was amazing! The process was fun, friendly, professional, and she was very thorough. Our four legged child was well taken care of. We definitely plan on using their services again soon.

Robin was great with Arlo. He had never stayed anywhere before and I was really nervous about leaving him but she sent me pictures and updates and help me to feel more comfortable about leaving him. Would definitely recommend Robin and she will be the person I use any time I need to leave Arlo.

Customer service was very helpful when I realized I created two accounts with Rover. The agent who helped me was very pleasant. The issue was corrected. I have used Rover.com for my pet sitting needs three times in the past year and a half. My pet sitter was amazing!!! I am so happy I found Rover.com. In fact, today I recommended the site to someone I know (a customer at my workplace). I also recommended my pet sitter I used on Rover.com. What a wonderful site... application for pet owners!!!
