As a first time user I feel it takes more time than it should to figure out how to move around Rover's web site. No where did I find what the amount Rover charges for services until our reservation was set with the sitter and I was ready to pay. I also do not appreciate the lure of $25 dollars off our next dog stay with Rover only to be then told you only get that if you give a friends e-mail address, While I have already told friends about Rover.com I would not just give any business a friends e-mail address. Everyone I know already receives way to many unsolicited e-mails.

It's great to have a choice of sitters and to read their reviews. The discount for a second dog should be greater

I've used Rover twice to find dog walkers, and it worked great and quickly every time. I've only had one issue, which is when you've booked a dog walker for an extended period of time, there is no way of canceling just one day, if something came up where I ended up staying home for a day, and didn't need the service, but wanted it to resume promptly the next day. I simply canceled verbally with the dog walker, but still ended up having to pay for that day. Otherwise, it's a great service!

We found rover.com by recommendation of a friend. After a little searching, we found an excellent boarder for our small dog. We were able to meet the boarder first, and we had regular communication during our time away. The website is slightly unwieldy, hence the 4 stars. But the service was great and we will definitely use Rover.com in the future!

Really great way to find quality dog sitters on short notice. I prefer this to a kennel because my dogs get personal attention and socialization in a clean and nonthreatening environment. Overall very satisfied.

It's not clear or easy to navigate when i am both using to book a sitter and also to be a sitter.

Rover has come in very helpful for me finding reliable dog walkershow for my puppy. I feel safer knowing my puppy is being watched by sitters from this site. So far, only good experiences.
