I appreciated the rover card with pictures and report. You can improve picture access. I couldn't find a way to download the photos. I had to individually "shared each photo via text to get them downloaded to my phone. Also I saw no way to get pictures from the inbox/app messaging system.

Easy communication process and clear expectations. Dog sitter I used was kind, experienced and trustworthy. Need to factor in add on fees to sitters published rate and higher charges for "holidays" no matter major or minor.

The ease of booking the appointment

It's easy to use. Greet/meet has been very quick in my experience. The petsitters respond right away. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I have a situation where my senior dog needs a human that is at home all day giving one-on-one attention which is hard to find. He will follow that person around all day. He will tolerate an older dog in the household but puppies give him more anxiety. As far as pricing it was basically the same as kenneling. Some people closer to my area were charging $50 (out of my budget) so I traveled a little further for a petsitter but it was still on my way to work.

Rover is wonderful! I do not like all of the fees but, I have not found any issues with them so far. I would recommend Rover as it help me tremendously.

I didn't give a five because I do not like that Rover takes and cashes money before the date of sitting but does not pay sitter until after the sitting period is over. They could not cash money until the sitting is finished. Then they could pay sitter including the tip at one time.
