Service really boils down to your sitter and I certainly found a good one! The app is great, I enjoy how simple it is to book services, pay, and I really love the detailed updates and pictures I get!

It was the third x our pup, Charlie stayed with Cristi and her family of dogs. Charlie came home exhausted and happy. This is what we wanted from his stay. We plan on moving back to Florida and wanted a safe place to take our little pup and feel as if he is getting quality time with other dogs that will be lasting friendships!

all around amazing, except when i needed to extend the stay and this lead to both me and the sitter trying to figure out who needed to do what. it wasn't really clear whose responsibility it was. i feel like that part of the site could be improved with better explanations.

We travel often and can not always take our dear lab Susanna. I recently heard of Rover.com and found a very responsible and loving sitter near our neighborhood. It was easy to arrange and Susanna had a great time. The web site is well organized and the biographies of the pet care givers give you a feel for their personalities and qualifications. The guest ratings sold me....they show reviews with a written note plus repeat customer numbers. I wish I could screen/filter for sitters who only take one pet at a time or would be with our dog throughout the day. You can determine this information but it takes a bit of time to read through each sitters page. I give Rover 4 stars and will definitely use again. My only criticism is the filtering/ screen capability of their website.

Easy to use, trustworthy

I have found two reliable dog walkers thru Rover. It's good to query multiple people, as not everyone responds.

It took a couple of attempts to find the perfect sitter, but now that we have found Laurel and Ian, we could not be happier. Being new to Austin, We would not have known where to begin, but for Rover. The app can be a little bit temperamental, not allowing us to book separate dates at once, sending multiple confirmations, etc. That said, nothing major.
