The care was. Communication while gone was thorough and helpful. Pleased with service and price.

I love being able to use Rover to have someone watch my pups, but the app is a little buggy. For example, I booked two stays with one person and the messages kept appearing on the latter stay instead of the one that was relevant.

I have utilized this website many times. Service is great and they have a good program.

I find rover very helpful but I wish if they can work on decreasing % money they charge to the sitters. I find 20% is too much. 10% is reasonable considering that they charge 7% to the person who is booking too.

As we love our pet as she was our child, when you leave her with someone that cares just as much as we do. Alicia cared for our husky as she does her children and that made a big difference from other pet care centers. I recommend Alicia short term and as we did long term. Very satisfied!

Four stars for a much needed service and a good looking website. Less one star for hard to find features like what I've booked and paid. I also had a problem with getting billed too much and refunded the overpayment. In the end they corrected the error, but it took hours on the phone and intervention by my dog sitter.

I have two sitters in two different cities as we did go back and forth between the two locales. Both great sitters! I would, however, like more than 72 hours from initial request to booking, especially for a sitting 90 days away! And, I also would like to see the sitting date booking requirement coincide with an allowable timeframe prior to start of pet sit, rather than merely 72 hours. But, overall website user friendly, sitters great!

The dog sitting service is 5 star. Love my dog Rover sitter. My only complaint about the company is their response time regarding online issues. 1. The system would not let me update the type of service I wanted, even though it was still 3 weeks away. 2. I'm having issues updating my online profile. I continue to try to update it (because the emergency number is wrong) and continue to get an error. I've contacted the company multiple times with no response. When I've shared my story with other Rover users, I hear the same thing about the company never responding to issues or accommodating service changes.
