Site isn't the greatest but I have found some great sitters

I have had a great experience with Rover.com so far (2 bookings with the same pet sitter). I like that I get emails and text messages about the status of my bookings, and I am so pleased that I have found a great pet sitter for my CAT!! I put "cat" in capital letters, though, because my one complaint is that although pet-sitting for cats is offered, all general info on the website as well as the info you are asked to enter about your pet refers to your "DOG" - there should be a section for cats, too!! Also, I found it very confusing to figure out how to schedule the initial "meet & greet" with the pet sitter, but now that I am beyond that, I am very impressed with the ease of using the website and paying online so I don't have to remember to pay the petsitter directly! I also like the fact that Rover says the pet sitters they hire have passed a background check and that visits are covered by insurance. I would definitely recommend using Rover.com!

Very convenient site and the care takers are in most cases trust worthy and good with the dogs Plenty of dog sitters (either in their house or yours) to chose from and once you have your "favorite" you can stay with them

Our on-site Rover representatives have been friendly, punctual, and conscientious. Always going above and beyond! The website is problematic, however - and follow-up from Rover about those issues has been lacking.

So far my experience has been good. My sitter has been very professional and Cooper loves spending time there. One thing , I had a $10 dollar voucher with Dog Day Care that was not transfered to your site , how do I get that so I can use it on my next appointment ? thanks

I don't like that Rover.com does not include the insurance Dogvaca.com had. I still have a difficult time finding my favorite dogsitter when I am trying to book a stay.

You are extremely fortunate to have merged with Dogvacy, they offer superior customer service, and I hope that in time your service will be as good as theirs. I will use you again, because Angela who was with Dogvacy (maybe with you too, I do not know) did a very good job with Simon, my Chihuahua, and that is most important. I hope you can make improvements with you telephone service, because 30-45 minutes is too long to wait to speak with a human.

There are a few things in the app that could be smoother. But it's probably just because I'm still getting used to it. I was using DogVacay before.
