We hired a girl from this company to come and take care of our dogs and cats in our home for 6 days, we flew to florida for a vacation, the we received a text saying she is not comfortable doing what she agreed to, she was at our home twice before our trip and had no problem, she wanted the cash upfront, which we paid her, Her name is Anica,

My mother in law book with rover a few months back we had the sitter (suzi) see the dogs before hand and said they are big dogs we don’t expect you to walk them as we got four malamutes. On the first evening we had Neighbours complaining about the dogs barking and the sitter said she could shut the back door which when I came to the property I could easily shut the door but my main concern that she has left the two pups outside without being feed and the other two dogs locked up stairs with no access to food or water, I contacted rover and they are unable to get cover and now refunding to the original method which can take up to 10 days and the owners of the dogs are aboard for the next 10 days with thinking the dogs are with a sitter now have bailed and no one to cover. I asked rover do they have liability insurance for if this situation happened they don’t! I would not use there service and wouldn’t recommend suzi which she owns a dog walking service but wasn’t able to walk or look after dogs that she has met before!

Chose Caroline B. From McAllen for my pet because of client review. My happy go lucky Labrador came back injured and depressed. Three bruises on his legs. No videos or pictures shared. I had to ask for it. Doesn’t respond on time. Takes over 8 hours to respond. Never again with this sitter. I can’t review or send her message because she blocked me.

My cats were left in filthy conditions. The sitter neglected their litter box for 5 days.

I dropped my dogs off and the house stunk like urine. There were dogs everywhere and cats. She said the dogs were leaving that day and I didn’t have much of a choice so I left them with her. Every picture I got of them there were so many dogs around them and I kept asking whose dogs those were. Fast forward to pickup my dogs are sick and I’m praying that at the vet appt. They have there will be no parvo or anything serious or I will sue the company. There should be a limit on how many dogs are watched at one time. There should be a screening of the person and their home. And finally there should be a screening of dogs having their vaccines and being neutered!! Anyone can write yes that doesn’t prove anything!!
