I had a very good experience with the Rover sitter I selected, she was fantastic. When one of my dogs was injured while staying with her, she responded very quickly and was communicative and really went above and beyond to assist in getting him medical attention. Rover customer support was fabulous in being pro-active with regard to the insurance claim that followed and reimbursed medical expenses promptly as per the contract. I really appreciated that. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that some of my interactions with sitters prior to the one I chose were not great and I am of the impression (backed up by colleagues' experiences) that some sitters do not declare the real number of dogs in their care.

I used Rover to locate a dog sitter for my 5 month old mini-aussie. We are over protective parents and didn't want to leave him at a kennel. The sitter was excellent. We continue to use her through the Rover website. I found the website sometimes difficult to use, but persevered to make sure I made the reservations properly.

We've used Rover.com a few times now and have been very happy with the results. Morgan has been great with our dogs and keeps us up to date on what's going on while we're away.

The service is fantastic - I've had nothing but good experiences with pet sitters. However Rover itself constantly sends you emails - I understand they're on a marketing blitz but I feel like my email box is their litter box for annoying emails, including the one that got me to share my opinion here on Trustpilot in hopes that someone reads it & cuts down on the number of emails they send me that have nothing to do with my actual pets!

Nice website to find care for your animals- not super up-to-date but non the less I am grateful to have found someone to take exceptional care of my golden retriever while men I have to travel.

I am grateful for Rover.com. There are many choices of zip codes and prices available. The ability to meet and greet before booking works well. Pictures are available to the prospective participant to help in deciding if a particular venue is appropriate.

Rover is excellent for my puppy walking needs! We found the perfect walker on our first try! I only wish the app was more user friendly so that I could, as a customer, see a calendar of my upcoming appointments.

Easy to use. My only comment would be reminders sent like Airbnb about upcoming stay or walk.
