I put an order through Rover online store with the wrong promo code of my magnet card, car signs, and lawn sign. I called to cancel right after, and called another two times. It’s still delivered and the ticket is still open. Poor customer service won’t get anything from Rover store any more.

Everything was okay until I got off the plane on the last day to being bombarded with messages that my corgi got out!!! I will never trust Rover after what happened.

My sitter cancelled the day before thanksgiving and all rover did was give me a $20 credit. If it were the other way around, I would have been charged 50%.

I had a terrible experience. The sitter was there 5 days and barely looked at my dogs. Hour after hour she sat at the counter with her back to my dogs. She gave them little attention. She fed and watered them but that’s all. That is unacceptable! When I complained to Rover they did not respond at all. I will never use them again. Edit after Rovers response. I’m sorry…too little too late. She cost me $102 because she used items she didn’t have permission to use and at the very least you should compensate me for those. If acceptable care in your opinion, is using my home, completely ignoring my sweet dogs, and just keeping them alive, then why would I ever trust you again??? I have video proof of everything but you never responded to my complaint at all. You have lost total credibility in my eyes.

I used Rover.com for the first time at the beginning of the month. I hired a dogwalker who had apparently been vetted by rover.com. I met him in person, I gave him a key to my house. He was supposed to walk my dog on 6 separate days. He showed up for the first two walks then disappeared. I was in a panic, on vacation, scrambling to arrange other care for my dog. I reached out to rover.com to explain the situation and see what they could do to help me. The customer service is sllllooooowwwww. Their solution was to refund me for the days the walker didn't show up and give me a $20 credit on my account. Gee, thanks. I had to pay $344 to change the locks on my door because their verified guy never returned my key. They say they are going to invsestigate but because of "privacy" I don't get to know the outcome. And no reimbursement for the $$ for the lock. There are reputable pet care services but I would definitely not go through rover.com. Terrible.

Rover sitter got angry when I was running late to drop off dogs and wouldn’t stop haranguing me on the phone. Obviously I did not feel comfortable leaving dogs with her so had to bring them w us. She cancelled so we received half money back. I advised Rover. They did answer email but gave only lip service. Took no responsibility for actions of their dog sitters. I may as well get a sitter from the side of the road. If Rover is not accountable why would the sitters be? In a word they did nothing. Nothing so no customer service.
