I will never use Rover again
I will never use Rover again. I don't think is enough validation and check from this company to make sure your pets safety can be guaranty. My experience alone was not great and lost a love one because my provider not handling properly care of my pet.

my dog was bitten by a labrador while…
my dog was bitten by a labrador while in the care of the dog sitter - after 2 hours in his care. i paid for a 3 day booking and had my sister pick him up the next day to take him to the vet. I have not been credited for the two days i paid for his "care" at the dog sitter? i had to pay $350.00 for the vet also. Never again!

I never register on this website or…
I never register on this website or shared my details to anyone that usea it. I don't even have a pet! Though, i receive 2,3 emails everyday. If this is some form of customer acquisition, it is totally against GDPR and the emails have been forwarded to the ICO.

Cash Grab!
I tried to sign up to board and/or walk dogs. I love dogs, and I don't have one. I look after many dogs for free, but I wanted more dogs in my life so thought I should sign up. If I make a little money bonus - but my real hope was more dog time!!! Rover took the $25 I paid to complete my background check, ghosted my 3 follow up inquiries, and after a month hasn't returned my $25. Seems great for a dog owner - but sure a scam for a lot of would-be caretakers!!!

Literally got stolen from by a sitter.
Drop-in dog sitter had 15 5-star reviews. She went through every document we had and stole from us. Rover refunded us, banned her and did nothing more. I doubt they even told the other customers of hers who she probably also stole from.
