I have had good experience with prompt replies every time I contact a potential sitter for my animals. The care they provide is good and the photos takes during the visits are great to confirm that. Some sitters go above and beyond with detailed photos, which are appreciated.

Olivia was excellent with our two cats. She did everything we asked, and even noticed an ear infection two days before we got home, sending a video so we were able to schedule immediately with the vet the morning after returning.
