medicated my dog without contacting me
A Rover sitter administered medication to my dog without informing me of the illness, without consulting my vet, and without asking me for permission. Medication was overdosed. Rover provided a small credit of Rover bucks at 25% of the cost I paid for the stay as though I would use Rover again. Rover says they back up the stay with a guarantee... Don't believe it. Read the fine print; pet owners must spend $250 out of pocket after the cost of the stay to trigger any support from Rover. BEWARE!!
