Web site could be a bit more user friendly

Love the service! Maybe it's user error but I couldn't figure out a way to book multiple types of services at once, which would be nice. Otherwise, a great experience.

Our caretaker was awesome! Great service in home cares eliminated the stress on our dog!

I just got a puppy and never actually had a dog before, so I was like that "new mom" had a little reservation about using this service. However, it turned out great! Amy E., from Lancaster was the lady who dropped in on her. She was great and my dog seemed very well cared for. She was also available at the last minute to come and drop in on Kenzie (my puppy). The only issue I have with the sitters, other than Amy E, is that they don't respond. I wanted a sitter for today and unfortunately, Amy E. is out of town, so I started last night sending other requests to over 5 other sitters, of which not one has responded yet. That is a little disheartening, since Amy E., responded within minutes to let me know that she was unavailable. Other than that, I have already recommended ROVER.COM to my friends!

The sitters for my cat are fabulous. They are a definite 5. The only reason I did not give a 5 overall rating is that the Rover.com website is a bit clunky to use, especially when you want to book another appointment using the same sitters.

It was a bit difficult using the platform to select a sitter and be in touch with them because there was no contact information for the sitter.

We have used Rover twice now and both experiences were mostly great! Our first walker was very communicative which made the experience easier. Our 2nd walker was way less communicative, which made it a bit more stressful. He clearly didn't use the app right so I couldn't tell if he actually brought my dog back into my house...based on the map it looked like he left him in the nearby park. Overall, we could use again though!
