Tried calling rover support sometime last week and was on hold for 25 minutes and ended up just hanging up because it shouldn’t take that long

Was happy with my walker

walker was great. my issue is with the app and lack of ability to make changes to appts easily

I have had good luck mostly but one thing I have had a problem with twice is the location of the sitter. My first sitter I liked a lot but she was in a bad area of town. The second one I tried was on such a bad area I decided not to leave my dog there, it was terrible, the house looked unlivable. I had to change our whole vacation. But since she canceled the reservation I was not able to review her. She seemed nice but I was scared to be in that neighborhood. I also would not want to give a poor review online, I wanted to give our anonymously to the website so they could handle it and it wouldn't come back on me.

Most sitters do not have cat care rates set and they don’t show as available when they do in fact offer that service

Rover has been great for me, would recommend to other users.

Our dog sitter appeared to have more experience by her reviews but in reality it was her first time dog sitting for Rover but she did a great job.
