The worst place to leave your…
The worst place to leave your animals!!! This has been the worst experience ever. I see how they clearly define owner responsibilities but not the sitters responsibilities of the pet sitter. Which based on what I’m reading they are to contact the owner Inmediately should there be any injuries and depending on the type of injury clinic. Neither of these were handled so you can forget about the $250 minimum as now because of unqualified cruel sitters I have my dog who is not only injured but he is shaking (from being super energetic). So now let’s talk numbers, I paid the following: $133.20- as you can see in your records $40.00- for the additional night communication via your app $231.44 Vet visit which I have attached a copy see highlighted $31.78 Vet advised that I must give him this specific food due to the shots and stomach see attached $400 that I did not get paid at work since I had to take care of my dog and take him to the vet I’m not adding mileage. I want to make sure that it’s clear that I will get full reimbursement from the sitter who abused my dog $173.20.(She agreed as you can see messages) Plus the vet fees $231.44 within 24 hours. The other fees can wait. I am willing to work directly with you but please rest assure that if this doesn’t handled properly I will report both the sitter and ROVER for penalizing me due to your sitters who are clearly not following guidelines and animal abuse. Their response to my letter: Unfortunately you do not qualify for reimbursement” What a joke
