Would have gave 5 starts but the online and app needs to have more options available to make it fast and easy to find a book a service.

Great people easy to use services

So, this is a service matching program, and it does a pretty great job. Have two wishes: 1) that the search/contact function would allow me to see what people I have already contacted in that session. When I get a lot of declines, I spend a lot of time figuring out which folks in my search results have already declined me. 2) the tablet version of the app is cheaply ported from the smartphone version. They work differently, and deserve their own version of the app. But these people know what pet owners need to know about a pet sitter before they book one. Great job doing That!

Rover.com has some glitches especially when there is always a date highlighted and then when you select a different date, it looks like you need more than 1 day.

Great service. A little too expensive for my budget, I had to find a workaround to get my pet the care he needs.

We were pleased and trusted our pet companion. Just came home to empty waterbowl for our doggy though.

Rover had been a grear source of extra income for me and I love all the functions of the app. I would give is five stars except you can’t tip on the app which is very disappointing for many of my clients and myself.

Rover.com is a great site! Like other community sites, its usefulness depends on its users. As long as everyone gives honest feedback, the opportunity for issues to arise will be minimized. The only problem I have noticed with Rover, is that it doesn't always calculate the correct rate for the service booked. Other than that, the site is user friendly.
