Generally, I like the site but I found it difficult to rebook the same sitter after my vacation but before I left a review.

Rover is wonderful. We found an amazing pet sitter for both of our girls. ❤️ We loved all of the pictures updates and our girls weren't all stressed out when we got back from vacation, unlike when tried a traditional boarding facility. We will definitely be using Rover again.

Found a really good sitter for the last 2 occasions. Previously had issues where sitters just cancelled and left me in the lurch.

Overall great experience interacting and working with the walker but I did have difficulty in figuring out that my coupon for a Rover Now walk did not apply if I requested a particular walker. I had already made arrangements with the walker before I realized this and was very sad I wasn’t able to utilize my coupon.

The two sitters we have used have been great!! They kept us informed with our fur baby and how her visit was going. The only issue I have had is the first time I used Rover I messaged 4 or 5 different people and only 2 responded to my request.

Too many non existing profiles, too four tries to find someone to care for my pets.

Great last minute booking for overnight boarding near my travel destination. Made my first selections based on caregivers who had the most reviews and repeat customers. I then reached out to them via Rover requests. All responded quickly. Regarding the app/website, there were a few challenges in making multiple requests. My caregiver did not know I had requested for overnight luckily it was not a problem for her to keep my pet overnight. After I had requested her service I found a first time user $10 off promotion. I was unable to get the promo code to apply it to my bill. Luckily I found a phone number for them. I contacted and person applied a credit to my credit card .. very helpful and efficient.

Both sitters that I had were wonderful but I do have an issue with charging $30 each for all 4 pets, especially when two are cats that require very little attention and care as opposed to two pups. Surely there could be some type of discount for multiple pets. We are encourage to adopt, which I did, but $130.00 for one night is extreme because I opened my home up to 4 rescues. I hope you can consider doing something regarding this issue because pet owners deserve a night out too without going broke😳. Respectfully, Kelli Summers
