Rover has some good sitters and some bad ones id say stay with a sitter with no pets or dogs because i did have one sitters dog attack my dog and the sitter didn't and would not take any responsibility

Great platform and easy to use! With any service like this, it’s up to the customer to put in the legwork of finding a great person to care for your pet. Can be difficult when people’s schedules are all over the place and there’s not a whole lot of vetting going on by Rover. It would be optimal to work with a company that does this all for you but...then you’ll be paying more. Definitely worthy of using and has some great features.

Booked 2 excellent dog walkers from Rover. Booking process is confusing though. ie you receive dozens of emails re one repeat booking.

Great app.......i will use it a lot. Something you should add.....let us cancel our request for service. Sometimes we change our minds as to which provider or when we need things. Many of the folks on the site do not respond back for days.......sometimes never.

I thought the app was great. The only thing I couldn’t find was how to exchange keys with the walker. We figured it out in our chat, but some tips would be nice in the FAQs.

I love the idea of this app as it makes finding a pet sitter very convenient. It has helpful information and the reviews and recommendations are great. My only issue is with the app. The design could be improved. Once I entered the information that was requested of me as a customer looking for a sitter, I was unable to find a way to go back and edit some of the information. It allowed me to edit the information about my pets, however, it did not allow me to edit some other information, specifically, I wanted to edit my emergency contact and could not find it to edit it. The UI needs to be more intuitive and user friendly.

Super easy to use! Found a perfect fit for a dog walker to take care of our girl. I just wish there was an option to tip through the app.

Like everything about it except for the service fee.
