Service was amazing, caregiver was kind and took great care of our pup. Not sure if this was coincidence or if the walker did this, but my dog was suddenly way better behaved on her leash the next time I walked her! After just one walk! The app can be a little hard to navigate at times, sometimes I have trouble figuring out how to see my upcoming services. Also would be nice if I could tip my walker within the Rover app.

My sitter (Vincent) was excellent with my dog Pharoah. Pharoah had never been away from home and Vincent made him feel comfortable. Vincent sent pictures and videos of him almost every day. When we returned Pharoah was clean and happy. I would recommend Vincent to anyone who wants a well cared for sitter. We are.planning to use him again.

I liked the fact that I found a great caretaker for my dog, but I think Rover takes a little too much off the top. I’d rather that more would go to the actual caretaker.

great customer service over the phone! website is a little challenging to find things, such as the rover card and knowing how to book, to finalize, there could stand to be a quick overview of the process after you find a sitter. it seemed like it was booked but I had to go and book it through the app/online. the rover sitter pointed it out else I would have missed it.

I loved both my pet sitters! Rover is a little tricky though, hard to find sitter by name and unsure of how payment would be made prior to actually doing it. Made me nervous.

I wish that Rover didn't take sitter that owns small apartments(not enough space) ,also no way the ones that have another full job ( aren't home for at least 6-8h).
