Overall great experience. However, as a first time user I was a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of potential sitters that popped up when I started my search. I think it would have been a "better" experience if there was a way to filter sitters out that don't want to travel more than 10 miles (as an example). I contacted a few potential sitters that said I was too far away. Frankly, it wasted my time. Additionally, it would be nice if each sitter had their availability calendar posted (much like VRBO and Air BNB) so you could filter out those that may already be booked. That said, our sitter was phenomenal with our fur babies and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely book him again.

The site is pretty easy to use and we found great care for our pets.

I like that you can narrow down how close someone lives to you. I wanted someone close snd someone i felt comfortable with. Staci is amazing. I also liked that you can communicate through the app.The only thing i don't like so far is having to prepay rather than pay at the time of service. I already booked my second boarding.

While I got the best results possible for the care of my pet, rover.com can be a little difficult to navigate in places.

I love that the app is user friendly and the sitter is able to call, write, and send pictures of your pet. The only downside of the app is not having the ability to tip. I rarely carry cash so that was an inconvenience.

Great dogsitter, but I think the site could be more user friendly. I was not entirely sure that, although I'd paid for my dogsitter, the booking was actually made.

Excellent experience once we found a sitter. That took longer than expected because of schedules and conditions posted by some sitters.

We found a wonderful sitter but had contacted someone else first who had an open calendar and then told me she couldn't do it until summer break from school. So, why was her calendar not indicating that? Plus, charging for a second cat? Two cats are not more work than one.
