I appreciate a place I can find aprivate home setting to board our dog who desn't tolerate a boarding kennel. Found a great person to board her with. First time user.

The service we received from our sitter was excellent. However, it would be great if there were a way to contact Rover directly if we encountered a problem or had questions about the charges and service. I saw no way for us to do that. It made us feel a little isolated, vulnerable and were fending for ourselves. Overall, it was a good experience and the sitters met all expectations.

I'm fairly new to Rover but in the time I've used it it has been pretty easy to use and helpful when starting out. I have used it both a pet sitter myself and to hire someone for my own pets. I found a great sitter my first time and will definitely use her again. As a sitter myself, my first few weeks were slow in getting clients, but thats to be expected when there are no reviews. Once I received a few great reviews, I started getting requests almost daily. The only issue I've had is as the pet sitter when you are done and need to "end walk" or "end visit" as Rover tracks the time and GPS of your visit. Twice it has not let me use this feature while I was leaving a clients home, I'd assume due to less than great phone service. When you cannot click this option, the timer and GPS will continue to run and track you, making it misleading to the client who can view it after.

Overall a pretty good app had a little bit of a location issue but that was it. Found a great person to care for my cats while I was away.

I am very pleased with Rover site and service provided. I like the detail one can use to find a perfect match. I like the communication process and privacy it offers. I use the mobile app and desktop app. I find navigating a bit awkward else it would be 5 stars. Example: Finding future bookings and being able to edit details. Being asked to give a review of a dog sitter when one was already submitted, but did not appear until days later. I have also found promotional and informational dog care emails useful.

Service has been great. Only thing, wish there was a live view my doggo being walked.

Me my partner were very pleased with our daily dog sitter. She contacted with pictures each day. It relieved stress while on vacation.

The only negative thing I have to say is that I think the website is a little difficult to navigate. Maybe I’m just getting old but sites that take me longer to accomplish what I set out to do,lose my interest real fast.
