Rover really solved a problem for me. I needed someone to house sit and care for my dog and 2 cats, and after reading the reviews chose a sitter. She answered questions quickly, sent daily pictures of my pets, and a daily update. I will definitely be using Rover again. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was more expensive than I would have preferred. But the care was much appreciated.

The service is great, I will definitely continue to use it. That being said, the UX has a lot to improve, it is overly complex and feels clunky.

Convenient app, there should be a feature to sort the options by distance or price for added convenience but aside from that I love the app and am glad I came across it.

I love the bios on all the sitters that give you a detailed performance record. Our sitter was excellent and Rover is easy to use. My only wish is that there were more sitters that offered more than an hour visit. Other than that I highly recommend Rover and will most likely use it in the future.

Please add a meet and greet option when scheduling. You have to select daycare or boarding, etc and then you have to pick a date. Also after it is scheduled I can’t see the time I set for drop off and pick up. Can you add an option to add to your calendar?
