I am very pleased with June M. and Jeff M.'s daycare services for my nine-year-old Pomeranian, Teddy. This was my first experience using Rover, and my only observation is that the Rover application occasionally experiences technical difficulties. I needed to contact support twice to resolve some issues. However, despite that, I am very fond of my daycare providers. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my dear Teddy. There were lots of options and it was very easy to reach out and communicate with the pet sitters to ask questions. My sitter was excellent and I gave her 5 stars on a review. I removed a star here on TP because I did not like that after spending a lot of money on pet care they ask you to tip the sitter. Enough already with the tipping.

Finding and connecting with my pet sitter before was great and it was easy to do payments. The main issue I had was that I was traveling overseas and the app didn’t work in the countries where I was. I was able to receive text messages but the data plan I had for overseas didn’t allow me to send text messages and I didn’t have my sitter’s direct contact info. I was able to get a message to my neighbor to give her my contact info but it made for a few days of uncertainty around whether we would be able to communicate with our sitter during our two week trip.

It was fairly easy, interviewed 2 people and chose the best one for us. I did not give it 5 stars because of the Rover cost in addition to the house sitter. We left a detailed list of what we needed and she used it and more. She sent photos of all the pets.

I think the company should be more transparent around what takes place if a sitter has to cancel at the last minute. I had to reach out with this question and received a timely response. Just thought it might be something you could add to your website. Communication is great, finding a sitter was super easy, would consider using Rover again.

The company is great--sending vetted pet sitters who not only are qualified but also care. Our sitter was wonderful, but I found communicating with the pet sitter through the app a bit cumbersome.

Emerson did a great job watching our pets when we were out for a couple weeks.

I had a little trouble trying to pay my sitter. After 2 different cards a a lot of writing back and fourth, I finally got the sitter paid. They need to make it a little easier to book and pay for it
